Our room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic golf course view. The staff are, without exception, super friendly. Our special thanks to Mr Ramon who looked after us well throughout our stay. The breakfast was reasonably good. More variety would have been better. We had dinner at the Lexington steak house. The steaks were magnificent and the service was equally impressive. We are attend by Mr. R.J. who was very professional and friendly. The Kids Club was also very good although our kids preferred to play at the beach. The beach is massive, clean and nice. You can order drinks and food and they bring them to you at the beach which is fantastic. We also had drinks at the pool bar. The staff were nice and the service was flawless. The Christmas shows were also entertaining. A big thank you to everyone at Waldorf Astoria for this wonderful experience! We look forward to coming back soon!

This is probably one of my favorite hotels here. The stunning lobby and entrance, spacious interiors and courteous staff made this an amazing stay and memorable experience. The hotel faces the sea with an extravagant outdoor area including lounging areas, gazebos and beach access. All the dining options I tried, Sunset Lounge, Umi and Qasr Al Bahar, were amazing with consistent service and food quality.

The hotel's revamped entrance, welcoming staff, and accommodation of unconventional arrival times made for a pleasant stay. The spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms added to the positive experience. Culinary delights, including a standout breakfast spread, were complemented by a delightful open area pianist. The poolside staff, alongside a team providing shuttle service on golf carts to and from Al Hamra, were excellent, offering great service and delicious cocktails. This, combined with the overall blend of comfort, hospitality, and culinary excellence, and the charming ambiance, contributed to an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is spacious, clean, with many facilities to suit everyone in the family. what impressed us the most was the efficiency of service while the food was of fantastic quality. we loved the kids pool with the slide and the paddling area for babies. the pool bar was also excellent. temperature of the pools was spot on. all staff were friendly and prompt. the attentiveness was excellent.

We had the pleasure of staying in the junior suite with a breathtaking sea view and a charming balcony. The elegance and beauty of the entire property were simply awe-inspiring. However, what truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. They were impeccably trained, exuding warmth and professionalism at every turn. Their attention to detail and unwavering commitment to ensuring a memorable stay made all the difference. In particular, I must commend Sarah Suktamjai and her team for their outstanding service. Their friendly and attentive nature made us feel genuinely valued as guests. From providing helpful recommendations to promptly addressing any inquiries or requests, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Aside from the stellar service, we also relished the delightful amenities offered. The swimming pools were a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation, allowing us to unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the meals provided were a culinary delight, surpassing our expectations with their flavors and presentation. We wholeheartedly recommend this haven of hospitality to anyone seeking a remarkable getaway.

Excellent location. Superb facility. We went for 2 days during EID break. There was rush but not that much. Checkin was smooth (Thanks to Michelle) and they allowed us for early check in. Room was specious and enough for 4 adults. Balcony opening to pool and ocean view was fantastic. Breakfast with wide spread (good vegetarian options) available. Housekeeping done twice a day with replacement of supplies. Pool was very clean and maintained with water temperature. Attached beach is having good water sports activities (However it is very costly) and nice sunset view. Hospitality crew all are well behaved, polite and ready to help. Overall it was a great experience.

Massive property with full of intricate details inside. One of the best i've been so far. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Amazing Japanese restaurant too Umi totally recommended. One of my unforgettable birthday staycation.

Everything was absolutely superb. Exceptional attention to details everywhere we went and always with a smile and personal attention. Mikaheel was there from the beginning and he made us feel extremely welcomed. Raphel and all the team at Al Fayrouz pampered us in the most surreal way - always present but never in your face. Superb stay, can’t wait to come back.
